What size do I need?

Some of our hats are one-size-fits-all, and some come in sizes. For the hats that are sized, please see each hat’s description for the measurements. Most of our hats come with an interior adjustable sweatband attached.

Here’s how to measure your head to ensure the best fit. Using a fabric tape measure, find the widest part of your skull from the back, and wrap the tape around above your ears and across your eyebrows. Stick one finger under the tape to give your hat some room. This is your hat circumference. Use that measurement to determine your hat size.

Can I return or exchange my hat?

Our goal is for you to be 100% happy with your purchase. You can return your full priced hat within the first 30 days of purchase. Hats must be returned in their original box, new, never worn.

Please request your return or exchange in writing at contact@beachroadus.com.

 For manufacturing defects, exchanges are available within 3 months of purchase.

 If your Beach Road hat was purchased at a retail location, please return to that location.

How long will it take to get my order?

For orders going to the contiguous 48 states, shipping is included. Because each order is custom-assembled just for you, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, or if your order seems to be taking longer than anticipated, please contact us at contact@beachroadus.com .

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at contact@beachroadus.com. If your order has not yet shipped, there’s a good chance we can accommodate your request.

What is the best way to store my hat?

Your hat should be stored in the original box it came in, crown up, in a cool dry place. This will keep it from dust and dirt and help it maintain it’s original shape.

Can I buy a hatband to wear on my existing hat?

Yes, absolutely you can buy our hat bands to use with your existing hats! Just remember that most other hats come with a hat band sewn or glued on and it may be a bit tedious to remove those. Our hats are a clean palette and our hat bands are designed to be easily interchangeable. With our unique system, you can change your hat band in seconds. Match your outfit, your mood, or your activities for the day!

How do I clean my hat?

It’s best to use a clean dry cloth to remove any dust from your hat. If your hat has a stain, slightly dampen a cloth with a mixture of dish liquid and water and lightly wipe the stain. If you have a stubborn stain, you can use a small bristle brush and a mixture of ¼ cup water and ¼ cup hydrogen peroxide. NEVER PUT YOUR HAT IN A WASHING MACHINE OR DRYER.
